These terms govern access to and use of Huddora. By creating an account or using an invite or guest link, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity on your account. Planners are responsible for the accuracy of event information and for people they invite or upload to the hub. When you attest that a contact may be used for coordination, you confirm you are authorized to use that contact for the event.
Event-scoped messaging
Communication tools (email, SMS, in-app threads) are for legitimate coordination of events you are assigned to. Do not use Huddora to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to scrape contacts, or to prospect planners or other users outside a shared event. Planning firms are not part of the vendor discovery pool and may not be cold-added as vendors for outreach.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Do not attempt to bypass consent, STOP opt-outs, rate limits, or visibility controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse messaging or the directory.
Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Huddora the rights needed to host, display, and deliver that content to the people you designate for your events.
Service availability
We work to keep Huddora reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the product; maintenance may affect availability.
Disclaimers
Huddora is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable messaging laws (including TCPA and carrier rules) for the audiences they contact.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
