This policy explains how Huddora handles information for planners, vendors, venues, and on-site team members who use the product. It is written for product transparency; it is not a substitute for advice from your counsel.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide — name, email, phone number, company, role, and event details — plus operational telemetry (delivery status, acknowledgements, pages viewed) so we can run the event hub. When you send messages through Huddora, we process the content and recipients you designate for that event.
How we use information
We use information to operate event coordination: guest hubs, vendor invites, schedule and day-of updates, conversation threads, and account security. We do not sell personal information. Outbound email and SMS are sent only for event-scoped coordination when consent or a planner/vendor attestation is recorded in the product.
Sharing on an event
Phone numbers and emails may be visible to other people on the same event according to the visibility setting chosen when the person was added (planner only, on-site team, event vendors, or guest roster). Guest hubs do not expose raw contact numbers unless visibility is set to allow it. Vendors cannot browse a directory of planners.
SMS and email
SMS may be delivered via Twilio (including through Lovable’s connector). Email may be delivered via Resend. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. Email preferences can be updated in your guest hub profile or by contacting us. We keep an audit log of outbound messages for compliance and abuse prevention.
Subprocessors
Huddora uses infrastructure and communication providers (hosting/database, email, SMS) that process information on our behalf under their security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We retain event and messaging data while your organization keeps the event, and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
Your choices
Update profile and channel preferences in the guest hub, reply STOP to SMS, or email privacy@huddora.com.
